November 9, 200817 yr Stu Rasmussen was elected the first time in Silverton, Oregon it says as a man.....but then elected the next time as a "women".....That makes this one unique..... November 9, 200817 yr It would be nice to think that the country was changing its attitude toward those that are different. After all, Ross Perot almost made it a few years back.
