I just booked my transfer from Bangkok Airport to Cafe Royale in Pattaya with Bell Travel. The cost are now 200/baht per person. A little higher than previously reported, however still a bargain.

 

They also offer transfer from Pattaya hotel to a hotel in Bangkok, the cost for this is 350/baht per person. This transfer takes about 3 hrs because they take you first to the airport and then to their headquarters in Bangkok and then by mini-bus to your Bangkok hotel.

They are very responsive and confirmed my bookings within 24 hrs.

Bell Travel Service is a great service and good value. This is still a scheduled bus service which then does the hotel transfer via a mini bus. The bus schedule from Suvarnabhumi airport to Pattaya is 0800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800. The contact number of the staff member at the airport is +66(0)89-449-8843. She will meet you on the bottom floor, close to gate #7.

 

The Pattaya-Airport schedule is 0600, 0900, 1100, 1300, 1500, 1700, 1900. The 0900, 1300, and 1700 buses are the only ones that have connecting transportation to hotels in Bangkok. The Pattaya-Bangkok fare is 300 baht per person. Pattaya-Airport fare is 150 baht the last time I used the service. You can reserve a seat (but not necessary) by calling the Bangkok Office at 02-747-4673, 02-747-4675 or the Pattaya Office at 038-370-055, 038-370-056.
