A very interesting case was just decided.  I hope this holds and gives us all the protections afforded under the act.

@TotallyOz : This is a huge deal!  If it survives the higher courts, the state by state guerrilla warfare being waged in the legislatures can finally come to an end!  Rights that are only protected by executive order will actually become the law of the land.
