If you are one to err on the side of caution, the yellow fever vaccine, commissionedĀ for hundreds of thousands of doses in Minas Gerais and R de J (north) states, is on back order up here and hard to obtain.

I was risk assessed today at UniversiteĀ de Montreal Infectious Diseases Travel Clinic and got poked with the long-term inoculation.
