April 9, 200620 yr I highly recommend PJ's House. It is clean, well maintained and a wonderful group of people. The rates are reasonable. I stayed there last fall and only have praise for the owners and the hotel.

I have stayed in the " Basic " room of PJ's Place as well and it is huge , clean, just perfect for me. Free internet. Those guys know how to make sure you will enjoy Chiang Mai. Owned by a gay couple, they have given their best to me during my whole trip in Chiang Mai. I haven't tried anything else but may be others member might share thoughts ?
