The help line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week If you are in crisis and need to talk to someone, call 02-713-6791. This is all on an anonymous basis. January 25, 200917 yr I was depressed last night, so I called a Suicide Hot Line. With my luck, I got a freaking call center in Pakistan. I told them I was suicidal and I need help. They got all excited and asked if I could drive a truck.
