December 7, 200817 yr It appears that the DAAD thinks the army has made the parties that defected from the PPP defect. They are calling it a coup in disguise. When the courts disbanded the parties they called it a judicial coup. No matter what they call it, will it be the end of Thaskin?
December 7, 200817 yr Is PAD's argument that the government are corrupt or that they stole the election unfairly?
December 8, 200817 yr As long as Thaksin is alive there will be no peace. I have a Thai friend who lives here in the US. He happened to be in Thailand the last couple of weeks visiting his family. They also said that they didn't think things would ever be settled until Thaksin is dead.
December 8, 200817 yr As we know, the Philippines is as corrupt as Thailand. A WELL EDUCATED Filipina in the US told me that the only way for the Philippines to get rid of the corruption is to remove all the young children from the country, sterilize the women and not let them children return to PI until all the people in PI were dead. Essentially, NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.
December 8, 200817 yr They also said that they didn't think things would ever be settled until Thaksin is dead. Even if that happens, I doubt much would end up settled. There always seems to be another corrupt politician who manages to get himself into office.
December 8, 200817 yr It would be interesting to see just how democratic and upstanding the PAD outfit would be if they got in. Anyone who can point out an honest politician should be given a lethal injection. You know when I think of it I don't know who I hate most; the scum who masquerade as politicians or the feeble minded who go to these political rallies cheering and waving flags at politicians who are looking back at them thinking.............'DUMB BASTARDS'.
