June 4, 20188 yr Active Members As Donald Trump appoints right-wing, young lawyers to the federal bench across the United States, we are increasingly going to see cases go against gay people. Look how quickly Elena Kagan joined the majority in the case of the baker refusing a cake to a gay couple. If liberal Kagan is jumping on that bandwagon, think how the newly minted conservative justices in lower federal courts are thinking. Same-sex marriage will give way. Mark my words.
