July 24, 20188 yr For those of you who have never been to Samba school practices or parties....you are missing out... Samba schools and events centered around samba have some of the sexiest local dudes in Rio... You get some incredible culture, can try some local food and learn hang out with locals... People are very friendly and welcoming, you will have an incredible time and may meet a non pay guy(I have some great pictures of local guys from the samba schools)..especially if you speak some Portuguese....
