After reading my Yahoo mail two hours ago, I just attempted to access it again via several avenues. Each time only this message is displayed.

 

"Sorry,

The web site you are accessing has been blocked by the requested of The Communication Authority of Thailand."

 

Serious problems will result if this persists.

 

PS: I just tried Hotmail. Same, same.

 

Gmail still works.

Strange!

After reading your message I checked both my Yahoo and Hotmail accounts and they both worked perfectly.

Not sure what is happening on your end, but I am in Pattaya and just logged onto yahoo without any problems.

I continue to try unsuccessfully to access both Yahoo and Hotmail.

Geezer...I think you should call your internet provider. I just tried Yahoo Mail from Ubon, and no problem. I think it is with your provider!!

Both are working here fine.

A little more than an hour after the problem appeared, my access to Yahoo mail and Hotmail was restored, then denied, then restored, then denied in ten minute cycles.

 

I find the laptop computer on the same line has normal access. Although inconvenient, I can live with that. It is not the emergency situation I feared. They say ninety percent of the things one worries about never happen. That proves worrying works!

 

Thanks for the suggested fixes fellows. When my friend returns tonight I’ll have him make some phone calls.
