January 4, 200917 yr the San Francisco departure to BKK.... requires 2 to fly to get the special price. One reason I do not like Singapore Airlines is their policy of having loads of special offers (especially within Asia) but only for two travelling together. Obviously it's to try and prevent business people from taking a lower fare, but I still regard it as discriminatory. On principle, I have not travelled Singapore for many years. I fully accept it is an excellent airline, but usually if you shop around, there are relatively similar fares on offer from other carriers.

Meet Thai friend in Moscow (Thais get visa on arrival in Russia) Meet Thai friend in Singapore (Thais get visa on arrival in Singapore) Then enjoy these cities with Thai friend...then on to Bangkok... Just a thought... tj
