January 5, 200917 yr A few weeks ago someone mentioned the new restaurant on South Pattaya in front of Center Condo. My Thai friend and I ate there for lunch today. We both had the a tuna sandwich which comes with french fries. 89 bant. All the soft drinks are 29 baht and I noticed that they sell a glass of wine for 89 baht also. We both thought the sandwich was good. The menu seemed very reasonable. It is loaded with Thai food and the salads looked good (menu pictures). The only down side today is that it took almost 25 minutes to get our sandwich.

January 5, 200917 yr A friend ate there and thought it a bit overpriced for what they served. He did say the food was OK. I will give it a try and see how it goes. At least the restaurant looks nice and clean.
January 5, 200917 yr Since we are talking restaurants, where can I find a really good Japanese restaurant in Pattaya? I have found a very good one in Chiang Mai, and in Bangkok, but did not find one in Pattaya that was any good.

I have been told that the other Fuji restaurants are not as good as this one.
January 6, 200917 yr Is this the restaurant on the corner, on right, as you enter soi to Center Condo? No, Chili and Peppers is not on the corner - If you are walking on the same side of the soi on S Pattaya Rd on which Center Condo is located - walk in the direction of 3rd Rd past the Family Mart and the continue past the hair styling place with all the wigs displayed outside. Chili and Peppers is the next business. Past Chili and Peppers you will find 3 -4 small Thai restaurants before you come to the soi that takes you into Center Condo.
