I have been kicked off the VS3 service, which most here know as BoyToy Flirt (from the scrolling ads of "models" on this site). 

Since I have explained to others on this site how to "connect" with the boys they interact with on that site, specifically those located in Colombia, I have to wonder if there is not a connection as I hadn't touched the account since December as I was in Colombia for 3 months You don't order delivery when you are standing at the buffet. 

So either I pissed off a model or someone on this board is involved with VS3 Media, because I used the same user name on both.

Isn’t it more likely that, as you put it, you “pissed off a model”?

I can’t imagine anyone here with similar interests would be so petty as to report you. And is it possible for you to use another name/email to register on F4F?

That sucks. Can't you just change usernames and use a VPN if they blocked your specific I.P. address?

You can probably get around that by simply registering a new account. If you are using the same device as before, be sure to delete the original installation of the app and clear your cache of all cookies that could identify you as a returing user. If you want to be really thorough, you could register the new account from a friend's place so that the IP address will be different.
