On what grounds can they be blocked? There is nothing of a sexual nature in the photos.

These are minors? They not only appear to be at least 18, they appear to be at least 21. Maybe someone in Denmark needs glasses. They certainly appear to be older than a hell of a lot of female models that appear all over the various media. And these pics are G-rated in the first place.

Meanwhile, these photos are of boys that appear much older than thousands and thousands of photos on the Internet. Why would these in particular end up blocked? What does Denmark do, have people who surf the net, find photos, and then decide to block them?

Oh don't keep dissin' the poor Danishes...it's not their fault if so many Asians like me look young for our age. After all, I'm 50 and I still look 29.

I do not know how the danish police do, but when I go to this pictures, a message show up saying, that the police have told the internetproducer, a privat company, to stop this pictures.

I guess that it is the organisation Save the child in Denmark, who have asked the police to stop. It will not surprise me if they sit and look on Gaythailand. I have heard they have 10 persons only to sit and look on porno.

This thread is by a first time poster. He had 3 hyperlinks at the bottom of the thread. They were spam links. I removed the links but left the pics up. The links opened up 100 different links. The poster also removed his account information shortly thereafter. So...

Why do these people bother with this spamming lark? Its incredibly tedious and I really can't see how the spammer benefits from irritating people he/she will never meet.

It depends of what kind of internet deliver you have. Where I live it it something called Arrow net.

Steve, the spammer doesn't care if he pisses you off or anyone off.......same as someone who sends you junk mail in the postal mail although, they usually are the company offerring the service or product so they may care if they piss you off actually...

His job (as he sees it) is to get you to click the link. That is all. He gets paid based on nothing more than a page hit by the owner of the service or the web site. Buried in the code of the link is identifying info that tells the owner or the service who to pay for the "lead".

So, it's the owner of the web site that encourages the practice (the practice works by the way)......

The entire industry works this way and not just porn sites.

I'm not sure that this really has any relevance. My father was a dentist. Many years ago, one of his patients was a high ranking executive with a high powered advertising agency. My father said to him that he simply cannot understand why television commercials are so insulting to one's intelligence. He finds them terribly annoying and makes a point of refusing to buy the products being sold.

 

The executive told my father that the advertising business knows what it's doing and the way they do things really works. Otherwise, they wouldn't do it. He made a gentleman's wager with my father. He told him to watch television that night and make a written list of the advertised products he would refuse to buy. Then inspect the house.

 

My father really did sit there and make a list that included every commercial that made him cringe. Later we looked around the house. Every single product that he would refuse to buy . . . all of them . . . were in our house, most of which he had purchased himself.
