I'm hearing so many accolades about Reid I was not aware of, and that he was also a street fighter and quite brusque at times.
 
He was Mormon.
He is credited with Obama running for President and ensuring the ACA passed.
He was a strong LGBTQ ally.
 
Years after calling President Bush a loser, he admitted regretting saying that, that Bush was a patriot, that Reid missed him,  how he was the Babe Ruth of presidents compared to Trump, who wouldn't even make the team.
