Construction workers doing new sidewalks on Silom Rd. made quick work of installing a new entrance/driveway for Soi 4.

The new—and outrageously noisy—bar at the opposite side, BiPolar, has become a Friday-Saturday only club 🙂.  A new Thai eatery, Silver Sand, occupies it otherwise. It’s worth glancing at the menu if for no other reason than to gaze at the very cute captain within.

Although I can’t confirm it, it’s my hope that BiPolar will confine itself to the second floor above the restaurant, thereby hopefully reducing the blare.
