I'm not a foodie but I know fantastic food when I taste it.

 

Go to Chez Marco, next door to the Raming Lodge in Chiang Mai. You won't be disappointed.

 

Not quite sure how Chef Marco is able to operate. I thought restaurants needed to hire Thais as cooks?

Lovers of French and Mediterranean food are in for a treat at this laid back new bistro and wine bar on Loi Kroh Road. Astrroo, you are going to find that Chiang Mai has hundreds of very good restaurants with all kinds of food. I am glad you enjoyed Chez Marco.
