April 11, 200917 yr Yesterday I booked the bus with pickup at my condo for tomorrow. It was booked. They just called me that the minibus was downstairs now to take me to the airport. I told the driver that I was going tomorrow, not today. He called me back a few minutes later and said they cannot pick me up tomorrow, I would have to get to the bus station myself. I called to the office and could not get any satisfaction. The woman in the office said, "Tomorrow we are busy, cannot pick up everybody". I canceled and booked a car instead. This is the first problem I have had with their service.
April 11, 200917 yr This is the first problem I have had with their service. That's a shame, but with all the confusion and chaos going on in Pattaya, I'm not surprised at the screw-up. Under normal circumstances it probably never would have happened.

I agree, but they have forgotten the rule. "When you are up to your ass in alligators, your priority is to drain the swamp." In other words, just get on with the business. If they had told me that they could not pick up anyone I would have felt better than saying "We cannot pick up everyone."

May 2, 200917 yr The bus price from Suvanabhumi public bus terminal to Pattaya bus terminal for those who don't need a hotel pickup/dropoff is around Bht115 and runs every 2 hours. But does anyone know where this same bus service starts from in Pattaya to return to the airport? There is a window at the bus station in Pattaya's north road with bus times to the airport, but whenever you ask where is the bus, they refer you to the Bell office nearby where you have to pay Bht200.
