A year or so ago, I started using Camfrog a lot and enjoyed it. I then tried to upgrade (a fee of something like $40 - $50 a year). I felt it would be worth it. So I registered online using a credit card. It was rejected. I tried another card - rejected! I tried Amex - rejected again. A friend told me that maybe this is because my cards are registered outside Thailand and these are automatically rejected if accompanied by a Thai IP address. So next time I was in Hong Kong, I tried again. And again, all cards were rejected.

 

I then downloaded the on-line membership form, completed it along with credit card details and a note about how I had been unable to pay on-line, and faxed it to the quoted number in North America. I received absolutely no reply. So I gave up.

 

A friend here in BKK who did join tells me he enjoyed it for a few months, but soon found it pretty boring.
