August 4, 200917 yr I have always had BF's in LOS that wear boxers. Very few, if any, ever wore briefs or jock straps, etc. Is this a cultural thing or pretty basic for all? Me, I prefer the Calvin Klein wicking fabric for the LOS as it keeps me dry. I'm sure I'll get promoted to the depends before too long but for now, I like my briefs. What does your boyfriend wear?
August 4, 200917 yr My experience is the opposite. Nearly every boy I meet wears briefs. I have met hardly any who wear boxers.
August 4, 200917 yr My Chiangmai bf wears both - boxers with briefs (usually small ones) underneath. And I'd have to guess that more than half of the other guys I've seen in the last ten years also have worn boxers with briefs or boxers alone (although I will have to admit that my extra-curricular experiences in the last 10 years have involved less than 10 guys).

August 4, 200917 yr Isn't the new popularity of boxers largely a result of the fashion nowadays for young guys to wear jeans with the waist bands half way to their ankles? I have seen many slim lads who, without boxers, would be totally unable to keep their jeans up Mind you, I have zero complaints as it offers a different kind of eye candy
August 4, 200917 yr I can't comment on BFs, but almost all my short term partners wear briefs. Thankfully. Boxers totally obscure any shape & are less sexy than well filled briefs.

I was going to suggest that given that a lot of the bars insist that they wear briefs. By "normal guy", I'm presuming that you meant "non-bar" guy. While the bar boys may not be in the normal or usual profession, many of them surely don't seem abnormal to me.

August 21, 200917 yr when I first met my bf, he wore white briefs. he then went through about a year of boxers over briefs and now just wears boxers. go figure...
