September 12, 200917 yr I agree about the location. If the rooms are furnished, then I think their asking prices are within reason. The only thing I saw on their web site that I thought was exaggerated was the part about the Pattaya nightlife being only ten minutes away. That would be so if there were no traffic problems, but these days getting into the city without traffic problems is becoming more and more uncommon. Even so, I would say unless traffic is unusually heavy it shouldn't take more than twenty minutes to get from that location into the city on a baht bus. Motorcycle taxis, of course, are quicker.
September 13, 200917 yr Daily price is good. Monthly price is high IMHO. Normally I would agree with you, but in this case its very nice inside. It all depends on what your use to and happy with, if you want a luxury room where you can see a lot of time and trouble has been taken to make it special, is included, I would rather pay a round 700 baht a night, than 600 a night for a dump, in some places I could mention. Don't just talk about it, just go and see, I think your be very Impressed with the Luxury Condos on offer. Price is relative.

September 14, 200917 yr The monthly/daily price ratio in Pattaya varies from 10-1 to 30-1. At 25-1 this place is a better "deal" for the tourist than the expat.
