Want to Rent

Featured Replies

Am looking to rent a condo at Yensabai for the month of february. Thought I'd try renting a condo this trip rather than just a room.

I would forget Yensabia now days, the management is a night mare and the security try any way they can to stop you bringing back joiners at night, with out payment.

No if you contact Mr. Patrick he owns 70 apartments in Yensabia and is trying to sell them as quick as possible, for all the aggravation of this management the daughter and son of the old owner, who has now died. so if you really need one, you can go with him cheaper,

Patrick is reinvesting around the comer, so much better, wonderful swimming Pool, My View apartments 0890913365

Very nice modern Condos from 400 baht a night, from 800 baht for the wonderful 1 bedroom Apartments

Give them a try your be glad you did.

I concur with Hey Gay that Patrick/Patrice gives the best deal in town especially if you're not staying exactly for one month.

And that MyView/VCC is one of the best deals in town. The grounds are a bit antisceptic but the rooms are great.

But for those that prefer Yensabai Condo, Patrice is the guy to rent from. The price is right and no BS.

Does Patrick/Patrice have a web site?
