August 10, 201016 yr I find the editor's note that I have posted below to be very interesting. PDN has always been the one to be "on the scene" when any arrests are made. To me they almost seem to be on call from the police station. Many times there is no follow up to the arrest. Never a mention of when a foreigner is acquitted. So I was surprised to see the editor's note. Many of us have felt that people get set up all the time. Maybe a famous Russian has helped PDN understand that some times things are not as they seem.
