Just a couple of weeks ago Rupert Murdoch said that his news organization was supporting one party over another...even after his staff organized and promoted Tea Party events. Now this!!!

Fox is certainly not FAIR or BALANCED. Why do you think they have to continually repeat that phrase? That said, I don't think MSNBC is fair and balanced, but at least they don't go around saying they are.

MSNBC is definitely a liberal news/information organization. However, they do actually criticize the administration when they see fit. They more than willing have representatives from "the other side" on their shows, and actually allow them to talk.

 

FOX was getting daily talking points from the Bush White House, and NEVER said a bad word about decisions or actions taken there.

 

Now they have added ROVE and PALIN to there fine bunch of "journalist"...What a JOKE!!

Unfortunately, if you say something enough times, there are enough gullible people around to eventually believe it. Murdoch has made a bloody fortune based on that premise and his sole criteria is whether his rag sheets and other investments such as Fox make money.

Now the Democratic party has decided this is a good way to raise funds. I received a letter from Nathan Daschle of the Democratic Governors Association and he said

People are gullible. Many believe the crap they read in the paper and hear on the news.

Well, at least this time it seems that everyone recognized what was happening at FOX. All of the major news agencies, Print and TV, did stories about the purchase...er donation, except for one.....the fair and balanced one..FOX!!!
