October 6, 200619 yr Does anyone in Thailand get a Flu Shot? It is getting Flu season. Where is the best place to go get one? Usually in the arm. I suppose the fleshy part of the butt would work too.

I would advise either Pattaya Memorial Hospital or Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital. Neither will be very expensive. Another alternative might be close to your area. In the same parking lot where Food Mart is, directly across the road from Pan-Pan, you'll find Dr. Monkol's clinic. He's excellent and may have the medication on hand.
October 6, 200619 yr My Doc at the Bumrungrad says there is not really a Flu season in Thailand it can happen any time of the year. He recommends the jabs especially for anyone with lung problems ( that mens all current and past smokers ) or anyone a bit delicate. He says the formulae varies each year. I think I paid 700 baht for a jab in the arm.
