I have been told that there are two hotels in this area that are great for gays and they have hostboys. Anyone been to them or know of them?

Both hotels used to live up to their reputation. Boys, lots of them, would show up at night looking for customers. The problem was the oldest boy there was probably 16. Nearly all of them were under-age. The police shut down both operations about two years ago. It is my understanding that the owners have been enjoying the hospitality of Thailand's free room and board service ever since.

Doing a Google search for the names brings up other sites which say the resorts are now open but they are not money boy resorts. I don't know first hand and have never been to either of them. Unless it is the boys are are interested in, there are lots of great resorts on the beach near Hua Hin.

 

If you are looking for Pattaya, may I suggest Rabbit Resort and Cabbages and Condoms. Both are close to the beach but a short ride to the gay areas of Pattaya.

I know a Thai friend from Photharam who has asked that I visit and thus was also interested in what accommodations might be available to the gay traveler.

If you look around on SGT a bit using that link, it seems the places have re-opened, minus the illegal shit. Don't know what the status now is.
