October 13, 200619 yr About a week ago someone was asking about a good tailor...(sorry,but I tend to stay away from the Indian shops-too pushy for me). There is a great tailor who takes his work seriously since his life is fashion design and has taken classes in Bangkok. His name is Khun Chid (Thai) and his shop is located 1/2 block down from the corner of Thapppraya Rd (the road to Jomtien) and Thepprasit Rd. On Thepprasit Street the shop is on the south side of the street. The shop is called TESORO. His shop has a good selection of material and if the color or design isn't there, he'll get the material for you from BKK. He has made me some great shirts (dress shirts and tank tops), a couple "Speedo" bswim suits, and pants. He has a good eye how the outfit should fit you and his prices are reasonable. This is the only shop I have has luck with.
