February 4, 201115 yr I've seen them going topless on the gay part of Dongtan beach too. Time for a men only section? To avoid discrimination, give them a women only section somewhere else. Common sight on my visit in January as well. Both on the gay part, and further up in the section without beach chairs. This was not a subtle, loosen a bikini top while getting sun kinda thing. One lady was really brazen about it. Go figure.
