August 29, 201115 yr Le Meridien on Suriwong (close to the Tawana Ramada) have a special promotion for dinner in their Coffee Shop 'Latest Recipe'. An excellent buffet is offered for just Bt. 500++ available every night. I was there last night with a friend, and we were both impressed.
August 29, 201115 yr Japanese section, Mongolian hotpot, assorted satays, a special with crab claws in a pot - but I cannot remember its name! - lots of salad items, several soups, about 12 hot dishes including Western, Thai and Chinese, and about 12 different desserts, including their famous teppanyaki ice-cream. There are also some optional fish, lamb and beef extras for a reasonable additional charge. Quality-wise, we found it excellent. They have a similar buffet at lunchtime at, I believe, a slightly lesser price. But it is usually packed with office workers then.

I will have to check it out - both for the food and the office worker eye candy! the best buffet I have had recently is at Grand Hyatt Erawan - 800 Baht ++ for lunch and 800 (or maybe 900) Baht ++ for free pour beer, sparkling, red and white wine, slightly higher for dinner bkkguy
August 29, 201115 yr I'd give them a call first to double-check the price at lunchtime. Unfortunately, most of those having lunch when I was there some months ago were chattering office ladies
