A good friend has recommended a lawyer who he regards highly in Pattaya. He did give me his card but, at the moment, I cannot find it! But I will look further and will ask my friend for the name. The office is on the ground floor of the View Talay 5 condo, Building A. Enter the building, turn left, and the office is all the way down the hall. I had them make my Thai will. I also used Kelvin for my Thai Will and I was very satified with his consultation and the work if his team to execute the Will and related Thai beneficiary(ies). I am interested in the dementia information, as my mother died of dementia - as well as her mother (my grandmother) and now my mother's sister (my aunt). My doctor told me to be alert about the hereditary possibility to follow in my mother's footsteps. Thanks.
