Another question although this thread may not be the best option 

Would it be possible to buy PrEP (Truvada Emtricitabin & Tenifovir Disoproxil) over the counter?

I am aware it is available free from the Public Health outlets but not sure if tourists also have access to and also that would require LFTs and Renal profile 

 

I tried to contact customer service of a few pharmacies but didn't work with with their automated responses coupled with my poor Portuguese
