As long as Trump keeps representing his Reign as a "perfect, Spotless" regime, and makes the slightest majority of Voters believe and Support him, the situation wont change. Trump is able to keep repeating fake narratives and make people buy it, but when Dems adopt the "repeat" strategy, voters want them to SHUT UP and just DO something.... And am I sure about it? No. One very wise voice on this is Michael Steele, the former head of the RNC who is persona non grata in Trump's party. He says this version of the GOP is a "zombie party". I've always had a concept that "leadership" is a real thing, and good leaders can make a big difference. As can bad leaders. Trump is an example of how a bad leader can barely cobble together a minority that wins a plurality. Barely. Biden may have seemed like that leader in 2020. He was the guy closest to the center who won 51.3 % of the vote. Maybe if he were 20 years younger he would have been a better leader. Or maybe he was just a mediocre leader even on his best day. My standard right now is AMLO in Mexico, who of course paved the way for Sheinbaum. Who is kicking ass. And who is probably the smartest leader in how she is playing Trump. He'll run into resistance from Pritzker and Newsom but the Overton window has been raised enough so that we're starting to move on from 'if' to 'where' and 'when'. He's got ICE under his control and he's working on federalizing the National Guard. If you ask me, he's using Epstein as one of his steady stream of diversions while he tries to build himself a Schutzstaffel.
