Gay Isan Bar, Saunas, Clubs, Cities?

I am familiar with Isan guys but not really familiar with the region.  I feel like maybe it is the country? So a lot of the guys come tot he "Big City" but even still there has to be something in the Isan region? What is the best city to visit, is there a gay bar? Sauna ? Massage? Anything? I feel like maybe the area would be a hidden gem.

I have seen were a couple of boys come from and it is usually from the countryside. We are talking middle of nowhere with nothing to do...well, mostly not for us. If you are looking for a place where many boys conjugate in bars etc, there is certainly nothing you will find that is better than in Bangkok and Pattaya. However, if you want to give it some effort and time, you could roam the countryside, but I assume that was not what you meant.
