April 13, 201214 yr Kudos to Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London. On April 1, London’s double-decker buses started carrying a slogan from Stonewall, the organization that promotes gay rights. It simply states – SOME PEOPLE ARE GAY. GET OVER IT! In response, a Christian group named Core Issues Trust had planned to run a counter series of ads – NOT GAY! POST-GAY, EX-GAY AND PROUD. GET OVER IT! Following a public outcry, London Transport chiefs have confirmed that this new series of ads will not be permitted. April 13, 201214 yr Some of these religious groups still have medieval beliefs. Good to see Boris Johnson is standing up to them.
