Add Kennedy Center failure to the list of failed ventures associate with Trump:

 

 

Include multiple bankruptcies for his Atlantic City casinos (Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza), the Plaza Hotel, Trump Shuttle airline, Trump Mortgage, Trump University (settled fraud lawsuits), Trump Steaks, Trump Vodka, Trump Magazine, and the GoTrump.com travel site, showing repeated struggles with highly leveraged ventures, especially in the casino industry, despite his name's brand power.

With all the renovations Trump is undertaking everywhere, he should DEMAND a show on HGTV, or else he'll SUE them too !   

Afterall, he IS a master builder.....   and he has all that DOGE money he saved by raping the federal govt.

Bankruptcy is a good thing for Von Shitzinpanz.  He loves not having to pay his creditors, claiming that his use of bankruptcy laws is brilliant.

Trump has even floated the idea of US bond default. 

I wonder when corporate America will admit supporting the GOP has soured.  Can they be happy with all of Diaper Don's shenanigans?

As long as the worker bees can keep funneling adequate tax revenue into this house-of-cards, perhaps the show can go on, except at the Kennedy Center, of course.

The easiest way for him to DEMOLISH it, is to close it for 2 years so people forget about it,  then rebuild and open it as The Donald J Trump Center,  erasing the Kennedy legacy.....

He probably wants the World to believe HE was the ONLY President ever in America......

This thread hits on what I suspect will be his true legacy.

He will be remembered as President Bankruptcy.   The biggest question in my mind is how long it will take.

Better than being called Hitler by Vice President Herbert JD Hoover, I guess.   😉

The reason the Kennedy Center is failing is because Trump unilaterally decided it was giving too much prominence to a democrat. So he renamed it the Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts. The problem is that a galaxy of artists have now refused to perform there. 

More problematic for the arts is that the Washington National Symphony Orchesta, one of the nation's finest, has nowhere else to perform in the city durig the two year closure. The Washington Opera had  already stated it would abandon the Center and find other venues.

Additionally, Trump will have to find a way of overcoming the deed which set up the Center as a memorial to Kennedy and paid for partly by public funds. Congress decided the Center's name and Congress will have to pass a reolution to change it.
