This is a potent mix of several stimulants that is snorted. You will see it being used openly in most large clubs in Medellin. The Alcaldía is Medellin is now posting social media ads warning users of recent medical emergencies related to to dangerous mixes being sold in the city. This includes Fentanyl being mixed into the supply, leading to several deaths and permanent physical disabilities from use.
