The Republican candidates running for office this year in south Florida are touting a campaign promise of making things more affordable, yet they also promote their support for donOLD and MAGA. They either refuse to answer or they offer a bigly word salad when asked how the tariffs they support are lowering the cost of living for their (potential) constituents.

As we get closer to the midterm elections, and if trump's approval continues to nosedive, what's he gonna do? As crazy as he's been before, we ain't seen nothin, yet.

General consensus seems to be that he's given up on the whole "winning" the election thing, so he's concentrating on rigging the elections.  On the plus side the 90 limit on purging voter rolls has just passed so White House's wish to have mass disqualification of voters may have run out the clock.

I'm thinking it's going to be day of the election disruption with National Guard and/or ICE agents interfering with polling stations.  The White House will also try to knee cap the postal service and interfere with mail in ballots.

The Great Incompetent hugely endorsed Mike Lindell (My [face buried in a ] Pillow guy) and he went down in flames hugely.  The endorsement was a huge failure. Wisconsin's 7th district congressional candidates are set.

 

67 year old Fred Clark (D) and 27 year old Michael Alfonso (R)

 

Looking into Clark's political statements, he makes sense to me, compared to Wisconsin's GOP legacy. 

The downside IMO is his age and some unfortunate dirt the GOP is spreading about him.  

 

Alfonso is Sean Duffy's son-in-law and is endorsed by Trump.  That still might be a good thing in Wisconsin's 7th. 

The 7th is Secretary Duffy's prior district when he served in the House.  

The Cook Report predicts the 7th is solid GOP.

 

What grabs my attention is Alfonso reminds me of some other good old Catholic boys I new from school days in the upper Midwest.

He looks gay as a picnic basket.  I checked into it and see I'm not the first to say that.  😆

The latest polls in Ohio, Colorado and Texas are looking better and better for the Democrats.  The extreme rightwing Supreme Court has opened the flood gates to dark money in elections with their latest legislating from the bench about PAC funding (lack of) rules.

I'm sorry Sis, but Alfonso looks like she would make a better First Lady than a Congressman.  Or perhaps new Press Secretary if he dyed his hair blond and put on a cross.?

Nevertheless, its all in Trumps long planned scheme to have "loyalists" in every body of govt and position.   There will be NO dept where Trump isnt fully supported and praised.    THIS should now be perfectly clear to even MAGA dummies ?   (not that they care, they actually LOVE and want it)  

Now that Trump is able to bypass Congress for everything that formerly required its approval,  it is difficult to hold Trump accountable..... So the Dems gaining control in the Mids signals to me that their ENTIRE operational responsibility will be "hearings" for Trump, his family and cabinet.   Which leads me to question IF the needs of Americans will EVER be addressed ?    Will our govt ever get back to LEGISLATING,  or will the Presidency simply be a tit-for-tat free for all ?  

Getting back to Ms Alfonso,  she would make a great wingman to Kristi Noem's big-booby hubby !

The levels of unpopularity of this regime is shocking, every single poll aggregator has this President at historic lows.  Even Real Clear Politics has The Incompetent down by -19%, and they lean heavily to the Republicans. 

Yes, I know, every attempt will be made by this regime to prevent the voice of American voters to be heard.  To dislodge this regime from it's bunker the wins will have to be so large as to be unable to be ignored.  As happened in Hungary.
