November 21, 201213 yr Where are you headed for Thanksgiving this year? I always went to Amore in Boyztown but it is now long gone and I have to find another place to eat a bit of American style turkey and dressing. I know of Brunos and Le Cafe Royale. Any other suggestions?
November 21, 201213 yr Of course, non-yanks really don't give a rip about Thanksgiving but occasionally we rope one or two into celebrating with us. The absolute best Thanksgiving spread I've ever experienced here (Chiangmai) was at the Amari Hotel but, alas, that hotel remains closed for long-term renovations. This year a few of us are heading for Dukes which reputedly also has a pretty good Thanksgiving buffet. We shall see.....gobble, gobble.

In Bangkok, Bourbon St. Restaurant and Oyster Bar is a Cajun-style place that will be having a big buffet feast of traditional Thanksgiving foods. I went last year and it was excellent at 899 baht. They've moved since then and the new place is a bit smaller and now has multi-level dining rooms.
