I have not eaten at the hotel in a very long time. Normally, when I go to the area I eat at Le Cafe Royale. I am not sure why. But, today I booked a table for the street fair with the Ambiance as they had a nice table with a fan over it to keep cool and I ordered their food.

 

I will be honest, I was not expecting it to be great but to my surprise, it was fantastic. I will have to say that I ordered the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and onion rings. The entire meal was absolutely fabulous.

 

One of the boys ordered some chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. He enjoyed it. The other one ordered kabobs and they were were very good.

 

I didn't taste the boys food but they were both happy and that is hard to find. LOL The one thing they did not like was the french fries. They said they were too soft. But, with so many people ordering tonight and it was so busy, I'll forgive that.

 

My chicken was fantastic. It tasted great. It look beautiful and well presented. The waiters were quick and efficient and friendly. Management was very professional (and handsome).

 

All in all, I have to say that this was the best meal I have ever had in any restaurant in Boyztown and one of the best I have had in Pattaya!

I have always liked the Ambiance Hotel and Coffee Shop since I first came to Pattaya in 1997. It was great then and it is great now. One of the great misgivings I've had with hotels in Pattaya is that they don't live up to the level of service provided by this hotel. But I like to try new things, and unfortunately over the years no one has come even close to making my stay as enjoyable as the Ambiance has.

 

The food at the coffee shop at the Ambiance was the first I'd ever eaten, and I liked it and so did my bf for the Thai food they served. This place made me so happy. It was comfortable and friendly. I've never known anyplace that made me feel so welcome. It's the staff, certainly. They helped me translate, showed me where to go and what to do. With the attached bar just next door, it made the place that much more exciting! I never had any problems bringing back a boy and I felt safe. I was in Heaven.

 

On my next trip down from Bangkok I will stay there again. I'm through experimenting and want to come home again. That's really what it feels like for me.

 

I hope everyone who comes to Pattaya, for the first time especially-- gives this place a try. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. But if you can't be happy at the Ambiance, then you can't be happy anywhere! Continued good luck, Ambiance!

Not sure what you mean here. We didn't have an appetizer but we did have the Apple Pie. Yummy!

You don't?! The Wacky Weed Appetizer is indeed an appetizer of the most notorious sort. It can also make every meal one of the best meals anyone has ever had. And I guarantee you won't have any trouble finishing it. (At least, that's what they tell me, of course!)

When I am in Thailand, well you can say Pattaya for that matter, we usually go to Big-C north in the afternoon, and the restaurant inside called Maesriruen. This is not a fancy place, but the food is ok. Later in the evening we head towards Oh-A-Harn-Thai. This is my favourite place. Really tasty food there.

I ate there again tonight and I have to say this this place is simply fabulous. It is a small inside area with a few tables and a few outside. The taste is great. I love their mushroom sauce and the BF loves their Kabob's. We all love their vegetables side as it has a great sauce on it. All in all, this place is now one of my favorites in Pattaya!
