How easy or not is it to get a taxi in from of the hotel, if not easy, where should one walk to to get a taxi?

This could go in the same thread you started about walking to the hotel.

I have been to Babylon many times and always found a taxi. I also don't mind taking motorcycle taxi's so it is pretty easy but the times I have been to Babylon I always found a taxi easy. However, if you are staying in the hotel and going and coming during off hours, you may want to check with the front desk and just have them call for a taxi for you.

I never stayed at the hotel, but visited the sauna several times. As Babylon is not on a through street, there are usually no empty taxis driving past (I never saw one), but I remember offers by waiting taxi drivers (I didn't check there, but everywhere else standing waiting taxis quoted a flat flee and refused to use the meter). Taxi-wise, the location is poor.

 

You could walk to Soi Suan Phlu or Soi Ngaam Dupli or ask the reception.
