We have been trying to use both the hotels online general information email address and the hotels online reservation email address since Thursday past to book and arrange transport but have received no replies. Any help would be greatly accpeted as our flight leaves in only six days to LOS.

We have been trying to use both the hotels online general information email address and the hotels online reservation email address since Thursday past to book and arrange transport but have received no replies. Any help would be greatly accpeted as our flight leaves in only six days to LOS. Hotel is open. They MAY be having trouble with their ISP and email service - has happened in the past. Suggest you ring the General Manager - Tom Kalb - on +66 38 423515 (or 428303). He is usually there between 0700 and 1600 Thai time every day. If he is not there NAI, the senior receptionist, should be able to help you. He is usually there between 1000 and 1800 Thai time. Alternatively FAX on +66 38 424579
