January 28, 201313 yr Today I saw a sign for a street cafe I had not see before - the Dope Cafe! It's one of the things I like about Bangkok. All the different signs that often mean not quite what we think they mean - or ought to mean!
January 28, 201313 yr Some funny signs! But . . . I can't find the 'nude' or 'naked' signs funny without knowing their context.
January 28, 201313 yr They're really not supposed to be funny - merely curiosities. Mini conversation pieces. Nude is some office close to Exit 1 at Lumphini MRT station. It is down the end of a small driveway and I have not wandered down to take a look. Naked is a small temporary clothing store near Siam Square. Happy Closet and Gay Ray are small boutiques in Terminal 21. Needless to say, Happy Closet is gay run!
