March 31, 201313 yr I am pondering about going. Cheapest tickets are 1300 Baht until 9th, 1600 at door. So I might choose something different. I will spend part of Songkran in Pattaya* and part in Bangkok (Silom) and part in my neighborhood (Lak Si), but no concrete plans yet. *If there are hotel rooms available when I made up my mind and call for a booking.
