The reason for the delay is to give government and local authority departments time to make changes and introduce new procedures. Ā The British monarchās brutal evisceration of Gov. Christie stunned observers, who did not know that she was such a close follower of his gay-marriage stance. Ā āI donāt like to badmouth people,ā she said. āBut Iām the head of a monarchy that began in the ninth century, and Iām apparently more modern than Chris Christie.ā Ā After shocking observers with her opening salvo, she continued to tear Gov.
