It says it is underground (as the one so named in Sapan kwai). For now it should have soft-opened and offers entry for just 100 bt-or free between 19-20 hrs. Many of its advertising is in Chinese, so it may aim at that vastly growing group. Big opening party on 11/4-to start the Songkran season. Post this here as news-administr may open a post on the only positive bisnis promoting site if so liked.
