Was he Skyping with a girl?  That is what the article infers.  Right?  If so, why are they arresting guys?

 

In other words, it sounds to me like he was doing a one way chat with someone with only his video on.  If that is the case, my question is why?  Why have a chat with someone who has no video on them?

The girl entices the guy to have a chat - they do soem antics. The guy is recorded - the others (guys) from the gang blackmail and extort money.
