If the rest of the days are like today, I'd have to stay a month to see half the guys that have messaged me on Grindr.
 
Right of the start , I saw someone totally my type, he said he wasn't a money boy, 20yrs old, cute, fun...has a job, offered to pay for his food when we went out to eat and the bill came (kind of like Thailand,lol)
 
I had to close grindr because my phone would've broke otherwise.
 
I'd say about 30% of guys messaging say they are MB, 30 % say they are not and the others didn't mention. But the difference here, there are MANY tops....not the same shit in BKK, I do everything. As a bottom, I like to know they won't be trying to get me to fuck them when they get here,lol

We stayed in View Talay 7. It was very convenient to the Jomtien Complex and Dongtan Beach. The Baht busses went past the entrance which was also handy. 
I would suggest getting a condo on the north side of the building if possible so that you are in shade during the day.
