In terms of getting a good salary, US is 10X better than Canada. I do not think many Brazilians will want to stay illegally in Canada either, Canadian cannot save much money after tax and rent, which is a sad reality But who knows, Brazil is more than Sao Paulo and Rio. Tourists do not get to see the real poor areas of Brazil, they might want to migrate.
