It would be nice to see more posting, more interesting topics. RockHard is always interesting, even if I recoil at much of what he says. But planetime? A nasty queen? Not in my experience. Since he is coming to Bangkok soon, why not meet up and see what you have in common? I'll bet it far outweighs any differences.

The most dangerous city in the world is right down the freeway from me. I just finished reading a biography of Randy Shilts, so the AIDS crisis was on my mind. It's not something one forgets either. Perhaps narcissists don't like it being mentioned as it distracts from talk about them. My apologies.

That's quite a knock on gay men. Anyone who lived through the AIDS crisis saw the vast generosity of the gay and lesbian community. We see it still today in the support social programs receive. Gay men volunteer, they donate, they show care. Don't knock them. Knock those pompous fools who think they know so much more than anyone else.

She was the author of the very popular novel, The Front Runner, about a gay Olympic candidate. It was really f=good- I read it twice. Talk was it would become a movie, but that never happened. According to SF's Bay Area Reporter, Ms. Warren died last month at the age of 82 following a multitude of health problems.

I once lusted after him. My very closeted self snuck out to see that movie where he wore very little. He didn't age so well, and was not apparently a very nice guy. Thrice married, he allegedly hit the wife. He had a lot of problems with drugs. But damn, his young self was so sexy. RIP

So I finally calculated my taxes, and I owe about $1600 on top of what was withheld. That's amazing. Before my partner and I married, we owed no taxes. The marriage penalty kicked in and we had to pay some. The elimination of the personal exemptions hurt the middle and lower class. I don't know anyone who has received significant cut. It appears the rich won this one.

Last month in Bangkok I went to the pharmacy for hard on meds. I was offered Viagra, seemingly real, for $12 a pill, 4 to a box. Then the tech showed me a Thai version for $1 a pill, four to a box.

When I posted this, I deleted all of the cookies for the various Conde Nasty magazines. They were all back the next day. I still don't know what I am visiting that gives me these cookies, and why for so many magazines that I have never once looked at.
