That is a weird link because it's served from the site with a ".profile" extension and this board software doesn't seem to know what to do with it. So it says You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board. I would assume this is to prevent linking to it from other sites. I browse this section daily (in Los Angeles) and I was really apprehensive, but the $5/ad thing has helped the signal/noise ratio greatly, getting rid (at least temporarily) of a lot of the known flakes, con artists and fake pic guys. Yes, the feature show a couple of weeks ago was Jason Cruise and another guy who regularly do tag-team escorting in LA and San Diego. Speaking for myself, I've had delightful success with the Los Angeles Craigslist. I've honed it down to an art, with a few "custom" types of response e-mails for the different types of guys I'm interested in.
